DESIGN FEES
Your designer will be compensated for design services, as described under your specific scope of work, at the rate of $90.00 per hour.

PURCHASING SERVICES
All orders are based on a cost plus 30% markup. This may include the following: furnishings, lighting, window coverings, soft goods and hard goods. Your designer will provide you with specifications and written estimates for all purchases. The client is typically required to pay a deposit of 75% of the estimated invoice cost with the remaining balance due at time of delivery.
